At birth we are basically confident human beings. Providing we are raised in a happy and secure environment we enter into adult life feeling confident and able to cope with situations. However, this confidence can be weakened or confused by constant conditioning and unacceptable thoughts and feelings of low self esteem will enter the conscious mind. An example of conditioning is being told by a parent or teacher that we are no good at something, with the result that we believe that comment to be true. Being taught to run when confronted with a problem is another example of conditioning, this disables our ability to resolve the problem we have encountered. We lose our tempers to get our own way.(like a child) believing hurting other people is acceptable and justified if they 'deserve' it.

There is no reason to feel embarrassed by our lack of confidence, many of us feel like this when presented with new situations. BUT how good does it feel when we believe in our self and we accept that we are worthwhile and capable?

During the session we will establish the roots of the lack of confidence and low self esteem. Then, during hypnosis, I will work with your unconscious brain, and you might be interested to find new understandings and learnings about yourself. These understandings will enable you to embrace feelings of self belief and self worth.. As with all my hypnotherapy treatments you will be given a FreeSupport CD to take home with you.
