Hypnosis is similar to
meditation, except that you have an experienced therapist
to guide you. You are not letting go of anything, not
disclosing anything, not doing anything against your
will. Rather, you are being guided to a special state of
deep relaxation where new learning, new insights, and
positive changes can quickly and effectively take
place
Not all programmes rely
solely on hypnotherapy. Most will incorporate some or all
of the following techniques:
Hypno Analysis; Guided Visual
Imagery; Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP); Thought
Field Therapy (TFT); Cognitive Behaviourial Therapy;
Psychotherapy.
