The consultation will help you to identify and examine your stressors. You will also develop techniques for relaxation and confidence building and receive encouragement and inspiration to manage stressful situations.

Most people find that they require a minimum of five sessions on the Stress Management Programme to enable them to make successful positive changes to their lives. As with all my hypnotherapy treatments you will be given a Support CD to help you.

Techniques used during this programme are hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, guided visual imagery, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro linguistic programming, thought field therapy and, counselling.
